Levelling jacks come in a variety of shapes and types and have a wide range of applications. The two standard types are manual and hydraulic. In the generator field, they are used to support stationary generators on uneven terrain, or as stands for mobile and trailer type generators. They can also be used to raise trailers or mobile emergency generators to make repairs.
